We do not accept returns except in case of damage.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

Non-delivered items will be returned to sender. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of redelivery if:

• They didn’t respond to an ‘attempted delivery’ card
• The item failed customs clearance
